Annual General meeting report
The AGM, held on 22 November, produced five new appointments for the Management Committee.

A well attended meeting heard reports from officers and team captains on the events of the 2002 season.

The formal proceedings were then addressed beginning with Stuart Beck standing down as Chairman due to work commitments. Stuart will still be continuing his involvement with the youth set up.

After a vote Paul Board was appointed the new Chairman.

Also standing down from his post as Treasurer was Steve Beck. Steve, who took over in 1999, is to be replaced by Graham Stearn, who has been raising funds as Sponsorship Coordinator.

Andy Bone and Bob Hutt start their sixth year in office as Secretary and Fixture Secretary respectively.

With James Gear and Nick Board standing down as first and second eleven captains, Bryn Jones and Mike Taylor were elected to replace them.

Bob Hutt will continue as third XI, Sunday seconds and midweek captain.

Neville Pritchard will take charge of the Sunday first team from the departing Andy Thatcher.

After much discussion it was agreed to set the annual subscriptions at 45.00 for seniors and 25.00 for juniors. Match fees (senior cricket only) remain unchanged at 6 for senior and 4 for junior players.

A proposal to bring the financial year forward a month to finish on 30 September to enable the elected committee more time to prepare for the following season was approved.

There being no other business all retired to the bar.
