Putting the Oxon side into bat saw Buckingham start well with

the score at 41-4 but Shepheard(38) and Telling(35) saw Cumnor to

a useful 162 all out with Suresh Talsania bowling well taking 6-35.

Buckingham made a poor start at 22-3 but P. Board(26) and Suresh Talsania

(34) improved matters but a collapse set in and Buckingham were bowled out

for 145.

The last pair at the wicket Dom Pritchard(7) and Ben Thorne(20) both colts gave Buckingham hope with a partnership of 30 and both deserve credit for their gritty efforts.
