Town scored steadily to reach 110 for 6 in their 20 overs, thanks to good knocks by Josh Goff (22), Jonny Neeves (20), Jack Robbins (16) and Toby O'Neill (10). Then, despite Town hurrying through their overs, the light was deemed too poor to continue as Cublington struggled to 72 for 9 with 3 overs remaining. Hat trick specialist and Man of the Match O'Neill took 4-14 with wickets in four consecutive balls! Harsh Jethra took 2, Ben Austin, Max Jarman and Goff one each. And there were two exceptional catches, by keeper Rob How and Goff at slip. |
