MK Park U14 vs Buckingham Town U14
Chris Wilkes writes:
Buckingham Town made a good start to their Shires U14 League
campaign with a 91 run win at MK Park.
Adam Bone hit a sparkling 48 in 10 overs with six fours and a six,
as Town raced to 83 for 6 in the 12th over. Seeing the danger of
not using the full 25 overs, Callum Cater (18), Jonny Neeves (15)
and Tom Hill (9 not out) played sensibly and steadily to bring the
score to 134 all out in the 25th over.
Helped by some good catching, Town's bowlers soon struck, with two
wickets each from Cater, Max Jarman and Luke Stafford and one from
Hill as the hosts subsided to 43 all out.
