Kineton U15 vs Buckingham Town U15 (South Northants League)

Buckingham Town made it three out of three with a 28 run win at Kineton in the South Northants U15 league.

Good running between the wickets and powerful driving kept the scoreboard moving quickly against a well organised Kineton team. Harsh Jethra (30) played the anchor role in partnership with Nick Wilkes (29), Josh Goff (33) and Dilshan Direkze (31 not out) as Town reached 134 for 5.

Town again held their catches as seamer Matt Rowlingson soon removed three top order batsmen in his spell of 3 for 9 off 4 overs. The home team staged a recovery through Tom Shearsby and the Maynard brothers but Town's spinners remained in control, Toby O'Neill taking 2-19 off 5 and Stuart Powell 1-19 off 5 as Kineton finished on 106 for 6.
