Buckingham Town 2nd XI vs Cublington

Buckingham Town 2nds lost their Sunday friendly against a strong Cublington side with two overs remaining.

Buckingham batting first scored a useful 182-6 thanks to a fine innings from Russell Thompson(68) who was supported by Kevin DeSilva(32), Ian Wilkinson(27) and Chris Horsler(22). Cublington won by 6 wickets.

Buckingham's trio of young bowlers Callum Cater, Adam Bone and Tom Hill all bowled well as did Richard Pengelly, Chris Horsler and Stuart Powell.

Buckingham Town U12 vs Olney Town U12

Buckingham Town u12's suffered a defeat at the hands of Olney Town. Batting first Olney recorded a score of 100 -2 from their 20 overs. Josh Hill's fine display of bowling rewarded him with both wickets for the loss of only 8 runs from his 4 over spell.

In reply Town found it hard to make runs & finished on a total of 88-4, Marcus Smith top scoring with 18 not out.
