Town, electing to bat first lost early wickets of Chris Coxhill and Dilshan Direkze and were a worrying 1-2! However, Rob Pritchard (74 Not Out) and Harsh Jethra (34) mounted a fine partnership. It was pure attacking cricket as they took the game to the Park bowlers who simply could not handle their ability with the pair hitting countless boundaries.

Pritchard was later aided at the end by James Coxhill, posting a daunting 129-3 off their 20 overs, on what was considered a bowling pitch.

All of Town's 5 bowlers (Harsh Jethra, Matt Faulkner, Chris Coxhill, Dilshan Direkze and Andy Norman) then bowled superbly well. They were all extremely economical and put great pressure on the run chase.

MK Park were never really up with the rate and lost 5 wickets in total. Norman chipping in with 3, Direkze grabbing 1 and an amazing run out from the boundary from Matt Coxhill (which hit the stumps directly!) They finished about 30 runs short of the target.

Town finished up with 7 Bonus Points (5 batting and 2 bowling) to got with the 10 for their victory.
