Buckingham Town Cricket Club - July 12th 2007

Town batted first against Marlow Park and openers Jack Deal(55) and Adam Bone(50) were in tremendous form and set uip a very useful total of 157-4 from the allotted 16 overs per side.

Ali Shaw belted a quick 33 to help matters.

Marlow facing a stiff task lost their star bat Cassidy very early on and never recovered and closed on 91-7.

Cassidy the key wicket was dismissed by a brilliant catch by Robert Davis.

Rob Laird took 3-26, Adam Bone 1-17,Jack Deal 1-11 and Luke Stafford 1-8.

A good team effort to lift the Cup and now Town enter the Portman Building Society -15's National competition.
