Buckingham Town Cricket Club - May 3rd 2009

Buckingham inserted, scored a massive 248-6 from their 40 overs on a hard wicket and fast outfield.

Star of the show was young Alex Walters who scored an excellent 141 on his debut for BTCC this year. Alex was in fine form but a couple of early chances proved costly for Westcott. Young Josh Whitehead batted well for 38 and Kevin D'Silva scored a useful 35.

Westcott made a spirited reply and finished on 232-4.

D. Mansfield was in fine form with 78 not out and was well supported by T. Wames(51) and R. Chaldrey(52).

Josh Whitehead took 2-30 and Jake Mallett 1-24.

Alex Walters also took a superb catch in the field.
